Tom and I are college sweethearts from the Midwest now living in the Northern Virginia. We're Mom and Dad to 3 kids and a dog named Blue.

Tom’s an Air Force veteran. We spent the last 20 years traveling across the country from Colorado to Ohio, California to Virginia. Along the way, we've met some incredible people, and we've learned to adapt quickly to new situations and simply jump in head first. Life is too short to sit on the side lines ... a philosophy we extend to our photo shoots! Tom's love is behind the lens, working with clients to capture them in the moment. If he's not taking pictures in our studio or on location, you'll find him jamming on the piano, training for his next endurance event, or playing with the kids.  He laughs the hardest when he watches Impractical Jokers or old episodes of The Office, and he absolutely loves the Turkey Tom sandwich at Jimmy John's (of course he would!).  

My love is in the details before and after the shot is taken. There is nothing more exciting than dreaming up new concepts for a shoot and making the photo come to life during the editing process. I’m essentially the art director and digital artisan! I keep busy as a stay at home mom, balancing the needs of our 3 kids, growing our small business, learning cello and volunteering at our church. My happy place is cuddled up with a cozy blanket by the fire, playing games with family and friends.  It reminds me of growing up in Duluth, Minnesota.  I also love hiking and dining al fresco.
